Bringing pie and mash back to the masses, Pokeno Pies is on a mission to transform opinion of the traditional British dish.
Co-owner Andrew Fisher says: “We use only natural, highquality ingredients from mainly local suppliers.”
Among favourites such as chicken and mushroom and minted lamb pies are more unusual choices, including chicken and butternut squash; beef, chorizo and olive; steak, stilton and port; smoked haddock; and steak, mustard and onion.
Pies cost £3.85 each and sides are also available.
