One of a handful of Tex-Mex bar/restaurants across the country, Santa Fe seats 189,is split over three mezzanine floors and has a completely open-plan kitchen.

Specialising in New Mexico and the American South, the food on offer includes main dishes, such as the lime and tequila-marinated pork for £9.95. Also look out for Tiger shrimps (£5.95), bocaditas to share (£6.75), south western crab cakes (£5.95) and New Mexican chicken wings (£4.50). Prices begin at £3.95 for starters.

Santa Fe also offers a range of cocktails, all made fresh to order, including current fave the Jumbled Fruit Julep, made from mango vodka with strawberries, mint leaves, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and apple juice (£4.95).
