This busy restaurant belongs to one of the country’s fastest-growing tapas chains, which began life more than a decade ago.
The Brighton version has seating for 100 inside, plus a further 60 on the pleasant, spacious terrace, which backs on to the Pavilion Gardens.
The atmosphere is lively, energetic and buzzing with fun. The authentic decor and background music scream Spain and the tapas dishes range from £2.95 to £4.50, with something on the menu to suit most tastes.
The result is a flexible eating environment, equally suited to both couples and groups. A good range of Spanish wines and beers, as well as popular pitchers of sangria, help the atmosphere.
